About The Position

Sharp Home Care is hiring dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Caregivers to provide one on one, non medical support to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities. If you are looking for weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and meaningful home care work, we have client assignments that may fit your availability and experience. Pay Weekend shifts start at $18.15 to $19.36 per hour Weekday shifts start at $17.60 to $18.50 per hour Pay rates vary based on the client assignment and scheduled shift.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
Dependable attendance
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or another healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help clients maintain independence and follow their daily routines
Assist with light meal preparation and routine household tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Follow individualized care and service plans
Complete required documentation accurately
Communicate client needs and concerns with families and the Sharp Home Care team
Provide respectful and professional one on one client care
