Requirements
- Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing.
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner.
- Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care.
- Create a warm and compassionate environment for residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Ensure residents' independence, dignity, and sense of community.
- Engage residents in varied and meaningful activities.
