About The Position

Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives. Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Healthcare setting.
• Working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing.
• Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.
