Requirements
- Successful completion of a Washington State approved Nursing Assistant Certification Course.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

- One (1) year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a patient care setting.
