CNA/ Nursing Assistant- $1,000 Hire Bonus | Full time and Part time
About The Position
Ho’okele Home Care is growing and seeking outstanding CNAs (Certified Nurse Aides) and Nursing Assistants who are passionate about serving the community and caring for elders in their homes. A Sign-On Bonus up to $1,000 is offered for both part-time and full-time positions. The company emphasizes that CNAs and Nurse Aides are the heart of their operations and are committed to supporting them with the necessary tools, resources, and encouragement to provide outstanding care. The position requires residency or planned relocation to O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. Flexible shifts are available, including day, night, and overnight opportunities ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Requirements
- Currently residing or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
- Passionate and dependable
- Completion of a Nurse Aide Training program or certification (accepts Active, Inactive, and Out of state)
- Current CPR/ First Aide certification
- Received a High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug screening
- Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Homecare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support clients in their homes with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Building a meaningful connection with clients
