About The Position

This position is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The average daily census is 42 residents. Staffing ratios are as follows: Days - 1:10, Nights - 1:41, Weekends - 1:12. The role requires experience in Long-Term Care and involves assisting residents with various daily living activities and providing direct patient care. Orientation is held during the day for the first week.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience required
  • Must be greater than 75 miles from the facility to be considered a local hire
  • Float required per facility need
  • Weekend coverage required (every other weekend)
