About The Position
This position is for a CNA/Nurse Assistant in a Long Term Care (LTC) / Transitional Care Unit (TCU) setting. The role involves providing care to residents with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:15-25. The start date is ASAP, and the shift is 8-hour days. The position requires every other weekend availability. The facility uses Net Solutions for charting and offers free parking. This role may require floating to other units. Block scheduling can be accommodated. Locals within a 50-mile radius are accepted at the same rate.
Requirements
- 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience.
- BCLS certification required.
- Must possess reliable transportation.
- No additional scheduling restrictions.
- All travel pairs must have their own transportation.
- License required (Pending license not accepted).
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a Long Term Care / Transitional Care Unit setting.
- Float between like units as needed, typically spending 3 shifts/24hrs in TCU and the remaining time floating to other areas.
