About The Position
Make a Real Difference — Nurse Aides & CNAs Wanted | $21–$25/hr Kailua, O'ahu, HI | Part-Time or Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Flexible Hours. Your workday will be spent helping a senior stay independent, safe, and smiling in their own home. Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is growing its 'ohana and looking for warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) who bring both skill and heart to the job. If you love caring for others and want a schedule that actually works with your life, we want to meet you.
Requirements
- Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
Nice To Haves
- Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
- Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
- Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
- Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
- Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
