About The Position

We're seeking compassionate, dedicated CNAs and Nurse aides to join our team at Ho‘okele Home Care. We provide care for elders in their homes, offering support, training, and resources for caregivers to succeed. We are recognized as a 2026 Home Care Pulse Employer of Choice. As a Vivia assistant, you'll work one-on-one with clients in a designated neighborhood, building relationships and helping them maintain independence. You will be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and receive a company car for travel between client homes.

Requirements

Currently residing on or moving soon to Oahu, Hawaii
Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (we accept Active, Out of State and Inactive licenses or certifications)
Comfortable driving on Oahu
Current valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
Received a High school diploma or equivalent education
Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screening
Ownership of a smartphone and access to email

Nice To Haves

Current CPR/First Aide certification preferred
1 year of caregiving experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, homemaker tasks, errands, etc.
Create meaningful connections with clients.
Work one-on-one with clients in designated neighborhood(s).
Build meaningful relationships and help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Work closely and be supported by a designated RN team leader and scheduler.
