We are hiring CNA / Nurse Aide Floaters to support clients across different locations on Oahu. This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable adapting to different clients and environments while maintaining high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii CNA or NA certification
- Completion of in-person skills training
- High availability and ability to work multiple shifts per week
- Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others ❤️
- Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support 🤝
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and care teams
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands 🚗
- Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu
