We are hiring CNA / Nurse Aide Floaters to support clients across different locations on Oahu. This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable adapting to different clients and environments while maintaining high-quality care. This position offers full-time or part-time employment with weekly pay and flexible hours, allowing you to make a real difference with Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii CNA or NA certification
• Completion of in-person skills training
• High availability and ability to work multiple shifts per week
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and care teams
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu
