Rock Creek Care Center is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our supportive, team-oriented community in beautiful Auburn, CA. Must hold an active CNA certification in the state of California and be in good standing. Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and assist residents with daily activities in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Support restorative and rehabilitative care efforts.
- Help residents prepare for meals, activities, and restful sleep.
- Create a calm, caring environment that promotes safety and respect.
