Requirements

Current Illinois CNA License, Preferred
BLS required
Effective Communication
Willingness to contribute to a positive working climate

Responsibilities

Promoting and restoring patients’ health by utilizing standards of medical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patient and family.
Assessing patients and communicating with the physician.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Establishing an effective relationship with the patient and serving as a liaison between the patient and patient's family.
Responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations.
