Cna/Nac Training Program
About The Position
Spokane Falls Care, a Caldera Care facility, is offering a free, onsite 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program at its nearby sister facility, Aurora Valley Care. This program covers all tuition costs, application fees for Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) and Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) licenses, and state testing fees. Students will receive test preparation assistance and hands-on skills lab training. Upon successful completion, participants are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care, with starting pay of $20.00/hour for NARs, increasing to $22.00/hour upon obtaining the NAC license. Space is limited, and interviews are on a first-come, first-served basis. The program also offers flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
Responsibilities
- Attend and complete all required training sessions for the CNA/NAC program.
- Participate in test preparation and hands-on skills lab training.
- Successfully pass all required assessments and state testing to obtain NAC license.
- Accept a full-time position at Three Rivers Care upon successful completion of the program.
