About The Position
Aurora Valley Care is offering an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) training program. The program tuition, Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified license, and state testing fees are fully covered. Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position. Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $24.00 per hour once the NAC license is active.

Responsibilities
- Provide topnotch care to residents.
- Ensure residents feel heard and cared for.
- Assist with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training.
- Safely lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
