About The Position
Summit Home Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team as a Mobile Veteran Care Partner. This part-time/per diem role involves providing personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance to Veteran clients in their homes. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting those who have served, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay, including higher rates for bathing/showering visits. Travel is required within a 35-mile radius to visit multiple clients daily.
Requirements
- CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
- Previous experience with multi-client care each day.
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
- Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
- Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
- Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
- Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
