About The Position
CNA - Memory Care Earn $21.50 to $24.25 an hour as a Memory Care CNA at Collingswood Manor, based on your experience. Per diem and part-time evening shifts are open now. Requirements
- Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Comfortable working in a memory care setting
- Able to complete a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) and pass a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in assisted living or long-term care
Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in our memory care neighborhood
- Follow each resident's care plan and document care so the whole team stays on the same page
- Make regular rounds so residents get consistent, familiar support
- Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
- Build real relationships with residents, not just check boxes
