About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistant – Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) every other weekend and rotating holidays. The Med/Surg CNA 2 performs clinical duties and assists licensed nursing personnel in the provision of basic nursing tasks. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course.
  • CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year General hospital experience.
  • 1 year experience as a CNA 2.
