About The Position

We are currently hiring CNA's and Med Techs for both part-time and full-time positions at Birch Creek Assisted Living. Birch Creek is a place where people show up for each other. Requirements

Dependable
Able to work independently
Work well as part of a team
Able to manage multiple responsibilities
Stay calm under pressure
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers
Genuine interest in working with seniors is essential
Food handler's permit upon hire
CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
TB test upon hire

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is preferred but not required
Experience is preferred but not required
If under 18, currently enrolled in a CNA course

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitoring resident's well-being
Reporting any changes or concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and nurse
Additional duties may be assigned by the Administrator or RCC
