About The Position
SUNRIDGE ASSISTED LIVING OF ROY is looking for CNA's with previous experience as a Med Tech to work as lead position on evenings. Ideal candidate will be a compassionate, fun, energetic individual to join our caregiving team! Requirements
- Basic computer skills (experience with ECP a big plus)
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
- Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
- Possess a love for the elderly
- Have a positive and compassionate attitude
- Background check required upon hire
- Food handlers permit
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB test
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Med Tech
Responsibilities
- Caring for our elderly residents
- Assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs)
- Documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition
- All duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator
