About The Position
Givens Aldersgate is looking for PT/PRN CNA - Med Tech's to support our assisted living and memory care unit. We are looking to fill 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts - 7a to 3p, 3p to 11p, 11p to 7a. We already have five communities (three life plan communities and two affordable communities) with plans for many more in the coming years.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs regularly
- Current CNA certification on the NC registry
- Med Tech Certification
- Ability to work with and operate any necessary medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and bed scales
Responsibilities
- Perform routine patient care by assisting with various tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toilet care, and more
- Maintain resident records through EMR system
- Complete daily tasks such as taking vital signs, diabetic testing, measuring height/weight, and any other tasks as assigned
- Inventory housekeeping supplies and linens and place orders as needed
- Complete any other tasks/duties as assigned by designated supervisor
