About The Position
This position requires an active Minnesota CNA certification/license and a minimum of 2 years of recent CNA/LTC experience. The ideal candidate will have previous LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing experience and current BLS certification. Strong skills in ADL assistance, personal care, mobility/transfers, vital signs, and resident safety are essential. The ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition is crucial. All candidates must successfully complete a clinical interview. The role requires flexibility to work both day and evening shifts and the ability to start within 2 weeks of an offer or as soon as compliant. A 40-hour weekly schedule is expected.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota CNA certification/license REQUIRED and must be in hand
- Minimum 2 years of recent CNA/LTC experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Previous LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing experience required
- Strong ADL assistance, personal care, mobility/transfers, vital signs, and resident safety skills
