This is a hiring event for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs at Water's Edge Center in Middletown, CT. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd, from 10 am to 2 pm at 111 Church Street, Middletown, CT. On-the-spot interviews and hiring will occur.
Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
