About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA - ICU & Tele for our client in The Dalles, OR 97058. This is a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting patients with daily needs, supporting mobility, monitoring patients, and ensuring safety and comfort. The CNA will work across ICU, Tele/CCU, and Acute Care units as they are being combined. This position requires flexibility and effective communication with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active CNA/NA credentials as required for the assignment.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Flexible to work across ICU/Tele and Acute Care as units are being combined.
Nice To Haves
- ICU, Telemetry, CCU, or Acute Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to assigned tasks.
- Assist ICU, Tele/CCU, and Acute Care patients with daily care needs.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, repositioning, and mobility.
- Support safe patient transfers and ambulation.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort.
- Follow infection-control and hospital safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
- Complete assigned CNA tasks according to unit requirements.
