About The Position

Join an Emergency Department Float Pool as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week assignment working night shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week. This role supports emergency and acute care patients by providing direct patient care, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring patient safety. The CNA will work within a fast-paced Emergency Department environment and may also serve as a safety companion for patients requiring close observation.

Requirements

• Current New York State CNA Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience required
• Emergency Room experience required
• Ability to work 6 twelve-hour shifts every two weeks required
• Every other weekend availability required
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills required

Nice To Haves

• Level I Trauma experience preferred
