About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients in facilities and homes located throughout Berks County. As a Hospice CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the care required to remain in homes and facilities. Offering flexible schedules, 1:1 patient ratio, and comprehensive benefits package! Must have access to reliable transportation. Sign on bonus to be paid in 2 increments at 6 months and 1 year.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
