Requirements

• Active CNA license
• At least 6 months caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care in the home
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support daily routines and independence
• Observe and report changes to the nurse
• Build strong relationships with patients and families
