About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services, Jacksonville is hiring caregivers across Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties for steady, long-term client assignments. We offer a schedule you can count on, a team that answers when you call, and benefits most agencies don't offer. We are a state-licensed and nationally accredited home health agency providing private duty non-medical and skilled care. Requirements

• Active CNA license, or a home health aide certificate from an accredited school, or at least 1 year of consistent caregiving experience
• Active CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past year
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
• Dependability. Our clients rely on you, so we need caregivers who show up on time, every time.
• Comfort working independently in a client's home.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with senior care, dementia care, or mobility assistance
• A steady work history in caregiving
• A patient, respectful, professional approach
• Comfortable driving clients to appointments, lunch, outings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support daily routines while preserving dignity and respect
• Prepare light meals and help with household tasks
• Provide companionship and attentive care
• Keep clients, families, and the care team informed
