About The Position

Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an CNA/HHA to join our growing team! Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee’s Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Responsibilities

• Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
