About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one in-home support to patients in the Ocoee, FL area. This opportunity is well-suited for experienced caregivers who value dignity, professionalism, and meaningful connection while enjoying the flexibility of independent contractor work.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of paid home-health experience is required
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within Casselberry

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment
• Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
