Requirements

Gujarati Speaking
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from an accredited program
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and assist clients safely
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
Ability to commute to Indianapolis, IN 46217
Willing to travel up to 20 miles

Nice To Haves

Caregiving experience: 1 year
CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Assist the client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, lifting, and safe transfers
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
Provide medication reminders
Engage the client in games and meaningful activities
