Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
- CPR certification to include First Aid and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Nice To Haves
- Certification as a CNA preferred.
- Minimum one year of documented experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients including hygiene, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as necessary.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
- Develop and maintain a safe environment for quality patient care.
