About The Position

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide - on call casual to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently. Requirements

  • Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA, $19.0 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience plus $1 (PM) and $2 (NOC) shift differential
  • 0.8 FTE PM, 2pm-10pm. Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday / Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
  • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.
