About The Position

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide - on call casual to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently. Lifespark is a complete senior health company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Requirements

Compassionate towards others.

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
