About The Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join their team as CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (full-time PM). This role involves enriching the lives of seniors and helping them 'Age Magnificently!' within a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, offering a lakeside work environment with 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team is described as creative, fun, and dedicated to resident well-being.

Requirements

• Compassion towards others.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
