Requirements
- Active HHA certificate or CNA credential.
- At least 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience.
- Reliable and dependable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and genuine empathy.
- High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and trust.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience delivering private, one-on-one home care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Guide safe transfers, walking, repositioning, and fall prevention protocols.
- Provide warm emotional support and engaging conversation.
- Prepare tailored meals, give timely medication reminders, and handle light housekeeping centered around the client's living space.
- Carefully observe and report any changes in client conditions to the care team.
