About The Position

Join Our Caregiver Team at YAH Home Care We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing home care team in Miami, FL. If you are passionate about helping others and take pride in providing personalized, high-quality care, we would love to hear from you. Our caregivers provide one-on-one care in private home settings, supporting each client’s comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being. We currently have opportunities available for both day and night shifts.

Requirements

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification
Previous experience providing one-on-one care in a private home setting

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Supporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals based on the client's needs and preferences
Providing medication reminders as permitted
Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or needs
Following individualized care plans and established routines
Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team
Maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
