About The Position
Seeking a dedicated CNA/HHA Care Giver for weekend shifts. This role involves assisting residents with their daily activities, ensuring their personal hygiene, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment. You will also be responsible for providing routine healthcare, monitoring resident conditions, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate patient care records.
Requirements
- Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA License.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily ADL’s.
- Helping residents maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Providing routine individualized healthcare needs.
- Monitoring or reporting changes in health status.
- Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report.
- Discussing observations with leader.
- Recording vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate.
