About The Position

We're hiring caregivers for daytime shifts throughout North Seattle, including Northgate, Lynnwood, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, Shoreline, and surrounding communities. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

- Prefer a high school degree or GED
Responsibilities
- Form meaningful bonds through friendly companionship and ongoing emotional support that promote comfort and trust
- Support everyday self-care needs like bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and routines while upholding dignity and respect
- Maintain a safe, tidy home through light housekeeping and basic household help
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings that encourage independence and connection
- Provide consistent, attentive care focused on safety, comfort, and improved quality of life
- Offer steady, caring companionship that helps older adults feel at ease, respected, and connected, while partnering with a supportive team focused on individualized care.
