Requirements

• HCAs, CNAs, nursing students, or aspiring healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and dependable individuals
• Comfortable with hands-on care
• Eager to learn and grow
• Must be willing to obtain state-required HCA certification within required timeline if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and communicate client needs
• Build confidence working in a home care environment

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $21.30–$23/hr + $2–$5/hr shift premiums
