About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is an excellent opportunity for those focused on providing high-quality care with an eye towards the comfort, well-being and safety of patients. You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients.
Requirements
- Current WA CNA license
- Current Health Care Provider BLS
- One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist and communications duties on the patient care unit
- Observe telemetry monitoring and recognition of cardiac dysrhythmias
- Support care delivery and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
- Regularly utilize independent decision-making capacities and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or charge nurse for optimal care delivery and patient services
