Requirements

Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Nice To Haves

Although it is not a requirement, candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work are encouraged to apply.
Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs are encouraged to apply. (Note that we offer tuition Assistance)

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: Individual community outings, Meal preparation, Assistance with activities of daily living, Personal care, Medical appointments, Medication distribution.
Provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are: The Movies, Shopping, Going to Dinner, Baseball Game, Bowling.
