CNA for Caregiving Services
About The Position
Billet Caregivers is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Direct Care Workers, and Companions to provide non-medical in-home support for geriatric and veteran clients. Our team focuses on building trusted relationships while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for every client in their home environment. This role provides non-medical, in-home support services following a personalized plan of care. Caregivers assist clients with daily living activities and help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment. Our staffing team assigns visits based on client needs, and caregivers have the flexibility to build their own caseload and schedule.
Requirements
- Active CNA license (or HHA/Caregiver experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Current TB test
- CPR / First Aid or BLS certification
- Must pass background check
- Experience with seniors (personal or professional)
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfers
- Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) - Meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, pet care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plan instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Maintain professionalism at all times
