CNA Flex Per Diem (NEW)
About The Position
Mozaic Senior Life is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its new Flex Per Diem Program. This program offers flexibility with options to work 1, 2, or 3 shifts per pay period, with specific weekend commitments required for each tier. These are float positions, meaning shifts will be assigned based on the organization's needs. Second and third shift differentials apply to additional shifts worked. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care environment
- CT CNA Certification
Responsibilities
- Float to assigned shifts based on the needs of the organization.
- Work a minimum of 1, 2, or 3 shifts per pay period, with specific weekend commitments.
- Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Potentially work additional shifts as needed by the organization.
