Requirements
- Active licensure or certification appropriate for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role
- Prior experience in a clinical care unit or similar setting
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the clinical care unit
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Support treatment plans and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt quickly to unit workflows and clinical expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
