About The Position

The CNA Educator is responsible for designing and delivering clinical education programs in both online and in-person formats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and WesleyLife philosophies. This role involves collaboration with Health Services, Clinical Excellence, and Organizational Learning to establish documentation, secure classrooms and equipment, and create auditing and tracking systems for program success. The educator will also define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical training programs, maintain and report on metrics to assess program impact, and develop and oversee onboarding, orientation, and clinical training programs that meet annual requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of hands-on experience as an RN within a long-term-care setting
• A valid Iowa RN licenses is required to be considered for this position.
• Proficient in the use of learning development and delivery software (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Certified in one of more of the following or able to obtain within 6 months of hire: MHFA, CPR / BLS Instructor Certification.
• Completed Wound Care Certification, IV Certification, Certified Dementia Practitioner or other identified areas of clinical competency.

• Develop onboarding and orientation practices that meet annual training requirements.
• Oversee clinical training programs
