About The Position

This role focuses on providing care during the night shift, with a predictable schedule and a supportive work environment. We pride ourselves on a low caregiver-to-consumer ratio, ensuring quality care.
Requirements
- 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care.
- Experience with medium to high-acuity clients.
- Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Access and understand information from the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse website.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide care during the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Work every other weekend.
- Care for clients with medium to high-acuity needs.
- Communicate effectively and maintain documentation.
- Adhere to background screening requirements, including ACHA as required by House Bill 531 (2025).
