Lutz facility hiring-CNA/DSP/HHA-every other weekend
About The Position
5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to support higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in our group home settings. If you have experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing and enjoy making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves assisting with personal care, mobility, feeding, and ADLs, supporting individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs, documenting care, communicating with the care team, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The position offers 12-hour day shifts and weekend shift options, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing
- Experience with higher-acuity patients preferred
- Current CPR/BLS & First Aid certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening ACHA Requirement (House Bill 531 – 2025) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education Site: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
