About The Position
Join a Team Where Your Compassion Counts. This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in the Lutz Area, serving Tampa & Surrounding Areas. The schedule is for the Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) every other weekend. The pay ranges from $15.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference, especially during overnight hours.
Requirements
- 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care.
- Experience with medium to high-acuity clients.
- Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Familiarity with ACHA requirements and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to clients with medium to high acuity.
- Communicate effectively and document care provided.
- Pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Comply with ACHA requirements as per House Bill 531 (2025) and utilize the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
