About The Position
The Center for Human Developments (CHD), Adult Mental Health division, is looking for new team members! We are currently hiring Residential Support Specialists and CNAs to provide direct care to our clients. Our programs work with adults in the community who are living with various forms of mental illness. We are looking for people who have an interest in psychology and a firm belief that all members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for work use
- Ability to complete Medication Administration Program (MAP) training
- Must successfully complete and pass the background record screening process
Nice To Haves
- Interest in psychology
- Firm belief that all members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect
- CNAs & Experienced Direct Care Staff
- Active CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Candidates who are flexible to work at different program locations based on staffing needs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to clients living with various forms of mental illness.
Benefits
- Full-Time (2nd Shift): 40 hours per week
- Per Diem: Flexible hours/as-needed basis
